Cancellation and refunds

The policy version you accept is saved with your new booking. We do not retroactively replace the accepted terms of an earlier booking with stricter terms.
If the event is cancelled: the affected ticket prices and mandatory booking fees are refunded.
If a postponement or a material change to the date or venue prevents attendance: you may accept the change or request a refund within 7 days of being notified, for unused tickets, with mandatory rights preserved.
For a duplicate charge: only the excess amount is reviewed and refunded; the valid booking remains active.
If a charge without a ticket or seat is verified: the issue is resolved with your consent or the amount is refunded after reconciliation.
Documented failures by the platform or organiser are reviewed for refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Voluntary cancellation is available within 24 hours of purchase, provided that at least 7 days remain before the event and the ticket has not been used.
Emergency cases are reviewed individually.
Non-attendance or late arrival does not automatically entitle you to a refund; you may submit a complaint or request an exception.
Paid delivery fees are refunded if the delivery service was not performed.
The amount is refunded to the original payment method. A cash refund requires a documented receipt and verification of the authorised recipient's identity.
You may select specific tickets. Only the selected tickets are suspended during review with your consent, and are restored upon rejection if they remain valid; the other tickets are unaffected.
Statuses: under review, accepted, being processed, rejected with a reason, and completed after reliable execution evidence is recorded. Acceptance of a request does not prove that money has been returned, and we do not promise a timeframe that the payment provider has not confirmed.
These are commercial operating rules and do not exclude applicable mandatory rights. Earlier bookings are reviewed under the terms accepted at booking and any terms more favourable to the customer; stricter terms are not applied retroactively. The periods stated are rules of this policy, not a statement of statutory deadlines.
Submit and track a request
Verify using the phone number used for the booking, then select the booking, tickets and reason. The amount is calculated from collection records, and private evidence may be attached. Do not enter a card number, password or verification code in the request.
