Provider policy
Information accuracy and content rights
Venue and service providers must keep addresses, capacities, equipment, prices and policies up to date and hold the rights to submitted images, videos and content. Venues and media are reviewed before publication. Submitting a venue does not grant staff permissions.
Review and changes
We may request more information, reject content or suspend a listing with a recorded reason. When a published venue is edited, the approved content remains until the proposed version is reviewed, unless management suspends the venue.
Booking requests and delivery
A request sent to an owner is a trackable enquiry and does not confirm availability or payment. The proposal specifies scope, quantities, exclusions, validity, payment and cancellation terms before customer acceptance. Financial or scope changes require a new review and acceptance.
Payments due and privacy
No commission or payout schedule is assumed before the operating agreement is approved. Recording a settlement request does not mean a transfer has been made. Customer data is used only for requests and support within permissions, and not for marketing without separate consent.
