Before paying
Do not send card details or verification codes to support.
A booking is confirmed only after provider confirmation and under the applicable policy. The terms of existing bookings remain unchanged. cancellation and refund policy.
Cash payment and delivery
Options are shown according to service availability. Delivery costs IQD 5,000 per delivery order, not per ticket; this fee does not apply to outlet purchases. Review the total and address before confirming.
Creating an order or printing a ticket does not activate admission. For cash on delivery, the admission barcode remains hidden and inactive until authorized staff verify delivery and collection. Refusing delivery or rescheduling does not activate the ticket. We do not promise an unconfirmed delivery date.
Before paying
Check the event date, venue, ticket type, quantity, price in IQD, fees, total and cancellation policy. A venue enquiry or quote is neither a payment demand nor a booking confirmation.
During and after payment
Start payment from your booking details and enter payment information only on the gateway page. After returning, open My bookings to check the result. Confirmation and tickets are issued after successful payment is verified; a success screen or return link alone is insufficient.
If the page closes or confirmation is delayed
Do not pay again while the attempt is being verified. Open your booking and refresh payment status, or contact support with the booking and transaction references, without sharing sign-in codes. Payments arriving after a booking expires or availability changes are reviewed; unavailable tickets are not issued.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation requests are reviewed under the event policy and payment status. Submitting a request does not mean money has been returned. Refund results appear after provider confirmation. See the cancellation and refund policy.
